Airport Transfer
Pickups and drop-offs at Naha Airport and Naha Cruise Terminal. Free waiting time is provided for up to 60 minutes from the flight's actual arrival time. In the case of a cancellation, we handle it flexibly — full refund or rescheduling. Advance bookings are charged at a flat rate by area; a meter fare may apply only to same-day, on-demand requests of ¥14,000 or more.

SUI TAXI is a fully licensed taxi operator approved by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT). All fares are set by Japanese law under the Road Transportation Act. No unauthorized charges will ever be applied — ride with complete peace of mind.

■ About Fares
Charter fares are hourly, and the minimum booking time depends on where you start. From the south or central area it is 3 hours or more, from Onna Village 4 hours or more, and from the northern area 6 hours or more. Trips that run from the south up to the north, or from the north down to the south, are 8 hours or more. The minimum is the shortest booking for that starting area; it does not mean that fare covers travel anywhere on the island. Where a long transfer is involved, the transfer fare for that stretch is the floor for the price. Extensions are available in 30-minute increments: ¥3,500 per extra 30 minutes booked in advance, and ¥4,200 per 30 minutes if you extend after the trip has started. Naha airport transfers are flat-rate by area. As long as the quoted details do not change, there will be no additional charges on the day. For charters of 6 hours or more we take a 30% deposit when you book, and the balance is paid on the day.

Special terms apply to rides from Saturday 26 December 2026 to Wednesday 6 January 2027. They take precedence over our usual payment terms and cancellation policy.

※ No cancellation fee applies when the service becomes impossible for reasons beyond your control, such as a typhoon or a cancelled flight. Once we can confirm it, we refund or reschedule.

- Cancellation
- Once your booking is confirmed, cancellations for your own reasons are charged at 100% of the fare, no matter when you cancel.
- Typhoons and cancelled flights
- If you cannot use the service for reasons beyond your control, such as a typhoon or a cancelled flight, we refund the amount paid minus actual costs such as payment processing fees.
PAYMENT METHODS
Tipping isn't customary in Japan. Nothing beyond the fare is expected, so please don't feel you have to. That said, when someone does hand one over, it genuinely makes the driver's day.
