From Naha Airport, Begin in Comfort.

We meet you at the arrival gate holding a name placard and take you directly to your destination in the Alphard. There is no need to walk to the monorail station carrying suitcases or to wait at a bus stop. The car is reserved for your family or group only, so you can settle in and relax even after a long flight.

We serve Naha Airport. If your flight is delayed, we track its status and wait free of charge for up to 60 minutes from the flight's actual arrival time. In the case of a cancellation, we can either cancel (full refund) or reschedule, so please let us know your flight number when you book.

We also drive guests from hotels in central Naha to resorts across the Okinawa main island, including Onna Village, Chatan, Uruma City, Nago and Motobu. Early-morning and late-night flights are also welcome — please feel free to ask, and we will adjust to your time and location.

Where we meet you

When we collect you at the airport, we wait just outside the arrivals hall with a name board. For domestic flights that is Arrivals Lobby A (JAL and oneworld carriers) or Arrivals Lobby B (ANA and Star Alliance carriers); for international flights it is the arrivals lobby on the first floor.

If you would like to eat at the airport first, or wait to join someone arriving on a different flight, we meet at the information counter between Arrivals Lobbies A and B instead.

You do not need to know where the car is parked. We meet you first and walk you to it. If you use a wheelchair, wait at the accessible pick-up area and we will bring the car to you.

On the way to the airport we drop you close to your airline's check-in counter. The drop-off point differs between domestic and international departures, and within domestic it depends on the alliance.

Driver's Notes

There are currently two stands for pre-booked cars, but the airport is under construction and the locations move whenever the arrangements change. I do not quote a fixed stand.

The general taxi rank is for cruising taxis, so I do not use it.

The name board carries the name given at booking. If you nominated LINE or WhatsApp when you booked, we can reach each other that way too.

Our 3 Commitments for Airport Transfers

The first is flight tracking. We monitor delays caused by weather at the departure airport or by mechanical issues in real time and adjust the pickup time accordingly. There is no extra charge for the first 60 minutes counted from the flight's actual arrival time. If your flight changes suddenly, please let us know in advance, as it helps us prepare.

The second is luggage. The Alphard's luggage area can hold 4 to 5 suitcases, which works well for family trips with lots of carry-on bags. The driver helps with loading and unloading. The third is private travel — there is no shared riding with other passengers, so your family or group has the car to yourselves.

Naha Airport Transfer by Private Taxi

We use a fixed-rate system based on area, starting from ¥14,000~ (tax included, expressway tolls included). Simply provide your departure and arrival points when booking and we will give you an exact quote. We serve villas, condominiums and vacation rentals as well as hotels.

We also offer airport drop-off for your return journey at the same rates. We will pick you up at your hotel in time for check-out. SUI TAXI supports comfortable travel all the way to the end of your Okinawa stay.

Key destinations from the airport

Hotels are not the only place we drive to. OIST, the Okinawa Institute of Science and Technology in Tancha, Onna Village, has its own transfer page — it is a regular run for researchers, visiting researchers, students and conference delegates. About 65 minutes from the airport, driving to your given drop-off point on campus.

Schools and colleges too. N High School Okinawa Ikei Campus on Ikei Island in Uruma, the National Institute of Technology, Okinawa College at Henoko in Nago, and Meio University at Bimata in Nago each have a page with the fare and the journey time.
