SUI TAXI's charter taxi service is based in Shuri, Naha, and covers all of Okinawa's main island in a single private vehicle. The vehicle is a Toyota Alphard. With its spacious cabin and generous luggage space, it suits all travel styles — family trips, group tours, or romantic getaways.

Our driver will take you safely and comfortably to your destination, so you can settle back and enjoy the scenery along the way. There is nothing quite like traveling while gazing at Okinawa's blue skies, emerald-green ocean, and red-tiled rooftops from your window.

From picking you up at Naha Airport, we drive you to the places you choose, such as Shuri Castle, Churaumi Aquarium, Kouri Island, and Yanbaru. We accept half-day bookings (from 3 hours for pickups in the south and central areas), and waiting time at sightseeing spots is included in the fare. Unlike local buses or tour buses, a charter taxi allows you to set the departure time, route, and time spent at each location entirely according to your preferences. The greatest appeal is being able to instantly respond to requests like "just 30 more minutes" or "I'd like to stop by that hidden gem nearby." We can also flexibly change routes in response to sudden weather changes, including switching to indoor spots you can enjoy even on rainy days.

Our driver is a professional taxi driver living on Okinawa's main island. From the back streets of Naha to the village roads of the north, we know the roads and keep the day running smoothly. What we provide is private transportation between the places you choose: drivers can communicate about the itinerary, pickup and drop-off locations, timing, and other transportation-related matters, using translation tools when necessary. English fluency and professional sightseeing commentary are not guaranteed, so if you need detailed historical, cultural, or specialist explanations at each site, please arrange a licensed professional separately. For groups with children or elderly members, we provide attentive assistance from boarding and alighting to loading and unloading luggage.

Okinawa Charter by Private Taxi

Charter fares are hourly, and the minimum booking time depends on where you start. From the south or central area it is 3 hours or more, from Onna Village 4 hours or more, and from the northern area 6 hours or more. Trips that run from the south up to the north, or from the north down to the south, are 8 hours or more. The minimum is the shortest booking for that starting area; it does not mean that fare covers travel anywhere on the island. Where a long transfer is involved, the transfer fare for that stretch is the floor for the price. Extensions are available in 30-minute increments: ¥3,500 per extra 30 minutes booked in advance, and ¥4,200 per 30 minutes if you extend after the trip has started. Naha airport transfers are flat-rate by area. As long as the quoted details do not change, there will be no additional charges on the day. For charters of 6 hours or more we take a 30% deposit when you book, and the balance is paid on the day.

Approximate fares (departing from Naha): 3-hour plan from ¥21,000, 6-hour plan from ¥42,000, full-day (8-hour) plan from ¥56,000 (all tax included). Expressway tolls and parking fees are charged separately at cost. The fare covers the vehicle, the driver, and the waiting time at each stop; professional sightseeing commentary and interpretation are not included. Multi-day bookings and plans combining hotel transfers are also available. Fares are calculated day by day at the usual rates, with no multi-day discount, and the minimum booking time applies to each day separately. The deposit is 30% of the fare for each day, taken together when you book. You can pay the balance day by day, or all of it on the first day, whichever you prefer, and by whichever payment method suits you. Cancellations are handled day by day, and any cancellation fee is worked out for each day separately. How many consecutive days we can cover depends on driver scheduling, so please ask.
