When you make a reservation or inquiry, we may collect the following information:

Full name
Country or region of residence
Phone number or email address
Reservation details (date, time, number of passengers, service type, etc.)
Payment information (processed by external payment services such as card companies — we do not store card numbers directly)

We also record your browser’s language setting and your IP address when you send a reservation or inquiry. The language setting tells us which language you use; the IP address is used to prevent fraudulent submissions and to check where a submission came from.

3. Sharing with Third Parties

We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. We use external services for payments (card companies, banks, Square, PayPal, Wise and similar) and messaging apps such as LINE and WhatsApp to confirm bookings and keep in touch. Information exchanged through these services is subject to each provider’s own privacy policy.

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. Information is deleted or destroyed once it is no longer needed. A copy of each form submission is kept on our server and deleted automatically 180 days after it was sent.

6. Cookies & Analytics

This site uses Google Maps functionality. Google may collect data according to their privacy policy.

The booking and inquiry forms use Google reCAPTCHA (v3) to block automated spam. It loads when you scroll near a form, and sends information such as your device and browser details and how you interact with the page to Google. That information is handled under the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

We also use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how this site is used. GA4 uses cookies to collect information such as the pages you view, the site you came from, and your approximate location. It does not include your name or contact details and does not identify you personally.

If you access this site from the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland, no cookie-based measurement takes place until you give consent. You can make your choice using the banner shown at the bottom of the screen.
