Your date falls in the New Year holiday period. Please check the terms below before sending. They take precedence over our usual payment terms and cancellation policy.

Fares

Our usual fares apply. There is no holiday surcharge.

Payment

100% of the fare is paid in advance when you book.

Cancellation

Once your booking is confirmed, cancellations for your own reasons are charged at 100% of the fare, no matter when you cancel.

Typhoons and cancelled flights

If you cannot use the service for reasons beyond your control, such as a typhoon or a cancelled flight, we refund the amount paid minus actual costs such as payment processing fees.
