Glide 250m Over the Sea While Gazing at Okinawa's Blue Water
PANZA Okinawa is an activity facility in the grounds of the Sheraton Okinawa Sunmarina Resort in Fuchaku, Onna Village. Its signature ride is MegaZIP, a zip-line of about 250 meters that carries you from the hotel's beach out over the sea. Below you, white sand gives way to shallow turquoise water, and for the length of the ride almost everything you can see is sky and sea.
MegaZIP costs ¥2,750 (¥3,300 in peak periods: August to October, the New Year holidays and Golden Week). There are no age or height limits; riders need to weigh between 25 and 130 kg, those under 40 kg may not be able to ride on windy days, and anyone under 18 needs a parent or guardian's consent. Reservations are not taken: you sign up on the day at the hotel's beach counter.
It runs in two sessions, 9:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 17:00, and may close in bad weather. The ride itself lasts about a minute, so 30 minutes is enough from check-in to finish. It slots easily between a walk on the beach, a meal at the hotel and other stops in Onna Village.

Onna Village Scenery and A Full Day of Adventure
Onna Village, where PANZA Okinawa is located, is also known as one of Okinawa's premier resort areas. North of Fuchaku lie the cliffs and elephant trunk rock of Manzamo; to the south is Maeda Cape, renowned as a diving spot. After gliding over the sea at PANZA Okinawa, the Onna Village Adventure Course combining Maeda Cape and Manzamo suits travelers who want an active day.
For something more demanding, Onna Village also has "Forest Adventure Onna," a full treetop course of tightropes and zip-lines that takes two to three hours and requires riders to be at least 140 cm tall and in 4th grade or above. MegaZIP has no age limit, so a simple rule of thumb is MegaZIP with small children, and Forest Adventure for adults and older children who want a workout.

From Naha to PANZA Okinawa takes approximately 50-60 minutes via the Okinawa Expressway (Naha IC to Ishikawa IC). We drop you at the entrance of the Sheraton Okinawa Sunmarina Resort, so there is no parking to look for. After the zip-line, you can catch your breath in the spacious Alphard before heading on.
Whether as a standalone PANZA Okinawa charter or combined with snorkeling at Maeda Cape and the scenic views of Manzamo, the Onna Village Full-Day Course (5-7 hours, from ¥35,000) is also popular. MegaZIP runs in fixed morning and afternoon sessions, and we plan the day around them. The Alphard (up to 5 adults) is ideal for group activity excursions as well.

Charter fares are time-based at ¥7,000 per hour (¥3,500 per additional 30 minutes booked in advance). Extensions made after departure are ¥4,200 per 30 minutes. Admission, expressway tolls and parking are charged at cost. For charters of 6 hours or more we take a 30% deposit when you book, and the balance is paid on the day. Minimum booking times depend on where you start: from 3 hours in the south and central area, 4 hours in Onna Village and 6 hours in the north, and 8 hours for trips that cross between the south and the north. Where a long transfer is involved, the transfer fare for that stretch is the floor for the price. From 26 December 2026 to 6 January 2027 (New Year holiday period), the minimum charge for charters is ¥56,000.
