Toyosaki, Tomigusuku City | Aquarium, Shopping & Dining | Near Naha Airport
Just 20 Minutes from Naha Airport, the South's New Complex Destination.
IAS Toyosaki (ias TOYOSAKI) is southern Okinawa's largest complex facility, located in the Toyosaki area of Tomigusuku City. With a concept of "everything in one place" -- combining a shopping mall, gourmet zone, entertainment facilities, and hotel -- its greatest appeal is the prime location just about 20 minutes by car from Naha Airport. From the first moment to the last of your trip, this single destination offers enough to fill your entire itinerary.
At the heart of the facility is DMM Kariyushi Aquarium, which opened in 2020. This "immersive entertainment aquarium" that fuses cutting-edge visual technology with the aquarium experience has attracted widespread attention, showcasing Okinawa's marine life through displays enhanced with digital art. It has become a trending photogenic experience spot, popular on social media.
Beyond the aquarium, a shopping zone with diverse categories including apparel, cosmetics, accessories, and interior goods, a restaurant floor offering everything from Okinawan cuisine to international flavors, and even a resort hotel are integrated into the facility. It accommodates diverse travel styles from half-day visits to overnight stays. The Toyosaki area has seen remarkable development in recent years, with Outlet Mall Ashibinaa and Senagajima Umikaji Terrace also located nearby, making it an ideal base for southern Okinawa sightseeing.

How to Enjoy IAS Toyosaki
The centrepiece of the facility is the DMM Kariyushi Aquarium. Inside an immersive video space themed "Drowning in the Ocean," you can enjoy photo spots that combine Okinawan marine life with projection mapping. It is also recommended for families with children.
The shopping zone has a wide range of shops covering fashion, lifestyle goods and Okinawan souvenirs, while the restaurant area offers a varied menu including Okinawa soba, seafood, cafes and sweets. Man-made beaches and parks are also laid out around the facility, so you can stroll while looking out over the sea. At dusk there are spots from which you can see Naha Airport's runway in the distance, and watching the planes take off and land is part of the appeal.
