Sightseeing charters are based on officially approved time-based taxi rates, with expressway tolls, parking and admission fees charged separately. Where a long transfer is involved, the transfer fare for that stretch is the floor for the price.

New Year holiday period (26 December 2026 – 6 January 2027)

Your date falls in the New Year holiday period (26 December 2026 – 6 January 2027). Please check the terms below before sending. They take precedence over our usual payment terms and cancellation policy.

Fares
Transfers are charged at our usual fares. There is no holiday surcharge.
Charters
The minimum charge for charters in this period is ¥56,000. If the time-based fare (¥7,000 per hour) comes to less than ¥56,000, we charge ¥56,000.
Payment
Full payment in advance is required when you book. Your booking is confirmed once the full amount has been paid.
Cancellation
Once your booking is confirmed, a cancellation for your own reasons is charged at 100% of the fare, whenever you cancel, and the payment is not refunded.
Typhoons, cancelled flights, etc.
If the ride cannot take place because of a typhoon, a cancelled flight or other circumstances we judge to be beyond anyone's control, we refund the amount paid minus payment processing and transfer fees.
