Less Walking, More Okinawa.

Charter fares are time-based at ¥7,000 per hour (¥3,500 per additional 30 minutes booked in advance). Extensions made after departure are ¥4,200 per 30 minutes. Admission, expressway tolls and parking are charged at cost. For charters of 6 hours or more we take a 30% deposit when you book, and the balance is paid on the day. Minimum booking times depend on where you start: from 3 hours in the south and central area, 4 hours in Onna Village and 6 hours in the north, and 8 hours for trips that cross between the south and the north. Where a long transfer is involved, the transfer fare for that stretch is the floor for the price.

Can we sightsee in Okinawa if walking is hard for us?

Yes. A charter taxi drives into the car park at each stop, and you get back in at the same spot. Choose places where the view starts a minute from the car and a full day adds up to very little walking.

Is the car suitable for a wheelchair or a walking stick?

It is not an accessible vehicle with a ramp or a lift, so getting in and out is up to you or whoever is travelling with you. Within that, we can build a route around places with few steps and no steep slopes. Tell us how far you can walk when you book.

How many hours works best?

The minimum from Naha is three hours. At an easy pace, three hours covers two stops and six hours covers three or four. Allowing longer at each stop balances the driving against the rest.

Can we change the plan if we get tired?

Yes. A charter is priced by the hour per vehicle, so dropping a stop costs nothing extra. Finishing early and heading back to the hotel, or taking a longer break at a roadside station, is fine too.

Can we stop for the toilet?

Yes. Putting a roadside station or a mall into the route covers a rest and the facilities in one stop. Everything listed under “fine in the rain” above is indoors.
